I want to thank you for all the great properties you showed me.  I want to let you know that I felt that you were an honest and trustworthy person.  I really appreciated your whole demeanor and the way you presented yourself.  In the real estate and automobile sales world, it is not often that you can find a person that you feel is being truly honest and is someone that you can trust to not rip you off.  It is not often that you find someone in one of those two sales areas that are not hard sales pitch types of people. Wanting to make the sale no matter what.  I did not get that impression from you and really appreciated it.  Because of that, If I have any friends or relatives that are wanting to buy a place, I will most definitely refer them to you.
